My parents always bought fresh foods from local farms when I was growing up in the West Country. A self-paced, guided online study program about nutrition, natural healing, and the mind-body. It was designed for anyone who wants to be able to take care of themselves independently without the reliance on a health care system.

A Nutrition Coach is a certified coach who has a deep knowledge of basic nutrition principles and the skills required to provide nutrition guidance to their clients. Embodying core principles of holistic nutrition and natural medicine using a food as medicine approach to educate and guide their clients (and themselves) to help them achieve their nutrition and health goals and reach optimal health.

There are 2 ways to work through the program and there is no right or wrong way. Either self paced or join one of our guided intakes. Self-paced is ideal for people who like to speed ahead, or those who may need to take a break throughout their studies as life sometimes gets in the way. Our guided intakes run over 10 weeks where you will receive weekly guidance for each module and move through the program with your peers around the world.

You're also invited to join the group ‘start and finish' together with us on Monday, April 4, where we'll complete one module per week, over 10 weeks, which we recommend allocating 10 hours per week.
