The Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of nutrition, natural healing and the mind-body connection. By completing our program, you will earn the Food Matters Nutrition Coach certificate which confirms that you have successfully completed our program. Completion of the program does not make you a state-registered, accredited, licensed or accredited practicing dietitian or nutritionist. We and our program presenters are not accredited or evaluated by any governmental body. The completion of the program does not convey academic credit which will be recognized or transferable to any academic educational institutions and any certificate or other evidence thereof provided by us may not be recognized by third-parties, including employers, governmental bodies and educational institutions, as imparting upon you any particular qualification, certification, skill-set or fitness to practice or perform any particular task or profession, and we make no representations or warranties to that effect.

Generally, nutrition coaches do not require a state license to practice and can be certified through private credentialing bodies like us. However, we do not guarantee this is the case and you are responsible for making your own enquiries as to licensing requirements in your state and locality before offering any service to the public.
